Prophylactic Use of Kanendomycin in the Patient of Gyncological Operations

Abstract
|

|
|
The prophylactic use of Kanendomycin in gynecological operations was evaluated in controlled study. Morbidity in their patients undergoing cesarean section and laparotomy less than hysterectomy was 27.8% in control group, and 15.8% in the zlrug used group(study group). In patients undergoing hysterectomy including abdominal and vaginal approach was 24.5° in control group, and 16.9% in the drug used group. Duration of hospitalization was reduced for patient with prophylactic use of the Kanendomycin.
